Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in South Deerfield, MA for a Quality Engineer III. As a Quality Engineer III, you will be responsible for performing quality assurance activities, including testing, analyzing data, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing quality standards and procedures. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and work towards continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred ChemE, Polymer, Materials)
- 2+ years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality control and quality assurance methodologies
- Experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management
- Proficiency in using quality management tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
