directions
- Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease an 8 inch square baking pan.
- Beat butter and sugar together until well blended in a large bowl. Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
- In another bowl stir together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder, and salt. Add to butter mixture, beating until blended.
- Press half the dough into the prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes.
- Unwrap chocolate bars; arrange over baked layer. They may not quite all fit, you may be forced to eat a couple pieces. Sprinkle with marshmallows. Scatter remaining dough over the marshmallows, forming a top layer.

These are AMAAAAZING!! I made them last minute for company and despite them being warm out of the oven and falling apart they were a big hit. However, the next day they were soooo good! They firmed up into a true "bar" texture and got this gloriously chewy texture. Mom and I fought over the last piece. Try these!! But I recommend making the day before! Soo yummy, thanks!

I made this for the 4th of July. Everone raved abot them! I have to "give" the recipe to several of my friends. I guess it's going to become an annual thing!

These were absolutely delicious and super easy to make! I substituted the candy bars for 1 1/2 cups of Hershey's milk chocolate chips. I will make these again and again! Thank you CoffeeMom!

These bars were described as "delectable" and "very yummy" from my first tasters. Everyone gave them thumbs up. Super easy and a nice change from cookies! These are like campfire smores without the crumbling cracker mess. Only change I made was replacing the Hershey bars with one bag of Nestle's Chocolate chunks (what I had on hand). Will make again. Thanks.

These were soooo good! They were a big hit at the Bake Sale I made them for. I subbed half the sugar for brown sugar and used milk chocolate compound medallions from Bulk Barn. If I were to make them again though, I would actually use a semi sweet chocolate since they were a tad bit too sweet overall, and a darker chocolate would have cut out some of that super sweet richness.

Reading is also a BIG staple in my life. One of my favorite ways to find a book is to walk into the library, pick a shelf and simply grab a book at random. I've read so many great books I probably wouldn't have found out any other way.I also like to camp and fish with my DH. He eats, sleeps and breathes fishing. He would like to one day start his own company, he hand ties and sells fishing lures locally. And he loves my cooking and will try anything at least once. ;)He works as a pressman at a local printing company.
